The Management of Hydra Web Services wishes to advise that we will be closed for 2 weeks from Monday the 26th of April 2021 until 9am on Monday the 10th of May 2021. We will return to 100% operating hours at 9am on Monday 10th May 2021.
Recently Hydra Web Services has gone through a major influx of work in a very short period of time and as a one-person business owner and designer, I am currently in need of a short break.
During my 2 week break, I will be accepting no new design work unless clients are prepared to accept that work will not begin until Monday 10th of May 2021 and this would be clearly stated in the Client Contract. However, during this time I will continue to answer HelpDesk Support Tickets submitted to the Hydra Web Services HelpDesk, minor issues will be dealt with on a needs basis and any priority issues will be dealt with as quickly as possible (as per my norm).
Please understand why this break is needed for the benefit of both myself and the continued future and soon an expansion of the Hydra Web Services business. More news on the Hydra Web Services expansion will be coming in the not too distant future. Stay tuned for more information on this news both here on our Blog and on our Social Media pages.
