HWS New Business Hours:
Monday: 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm
Tuesday: 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm
Wednesday: 1pm to 6pm
Thursday: 10am to 1pm and 3pm to
Friday: ?????? – (Critical Tickets Only)
Saturday: 11am to 3pm
Sunday: ?????? – (Critical Tickets Only)
Note: Any and all work requested to be done outside normal business hours will occur the HWS after-hours fees and charges. Please check our Pricing page for more information on these fees and charges. These fees and charges are extra to your current contract and must be paid upfront prior to any work being started.
Also, HWS wishes to advise that if our sub-contractors and or HWS Team choose to work outside these business hours you will not be charged any extra fees for the work done.
Our HelpDesk is always open for you to submit a ticket to one of the HWS Departments. These tickets are monitored 24/7 and will be answered outside operating hours at the sole discretion of the support operator checking for critical tickets.
